A spacious high-ceiling apartment with pinewood floors in the centre of the old town, the Theatre House is an ideal and convenient base for enjoying the best of Bratislava. Colourfully decorated and fully furnished with two bedrooms, a sitting room and well-equipped kitchen, the apartment also boasts access to an innovative 10sqm (110 ft2) glass-floored terrace with a quiet east facing prospect. There is ample space for five adults to stay, with two double beds and a comfortable divan for sleeping.

The Theatre House is located on the second floor of a characterful nineteenth century building, reached via a broad staircase. The highlights of the City are easily accessible on foot: the Slovak National Theatre, Philharmonic Concert Hall, Opera and historic pedestrian zone are all within five minutes walk, while the Danube River flows a stone's throw to the south and shops and supermarkets lie within easy reach.

Facilities include a flat TV with a wide selection of international cable channels, a fridge-freezer, oven/cooker, washing-machine, ironing board and iron. Broad band internet access is available upon request.

The floor area of the apartment is 100 square metres or approx 1100 square feet.

Minimum stay of two nights required.

How to get there by public transport

From Bratislava Coach station Mlynske Nivy:
Take bus no. 50, get off at Safarikovo nam. Walk about 150 meters following the tram lines along Sturova street in the direction of the city centre. On the first traffic lights turn left to Medena street. Walk about 150 meters. Apartment Theatre House is on your left.

From Bratislava Main Train station:
Take tram no. 13, get off at Jesenskeho street (sixth stop), walk back 50 meters towards the intersection with Sturova. Turn right and continue about 20m. Turn right again onto Medena and walk another 150m. Apartment Theatre House is on your left.

From Bratislava Airport:
Take bus no. 61 to the terminus (Train station). Take tram no. 13 and get off at Jesenskeho street (sixth stop). Walk back 50 meters towards the intersection with Sturova. Turn right and continue about 20m. Turn right again onto Medena and walk another 150m. Apartment Theatre House is on your left.
