All apartments are located in residential areas. Please be considered of other tenants and keep the noise to minimum after 10.00 pm. In case of serious complaints from neighbours you may be asked to leave.
A minimum stay of two nights is required.
The check-in time is after 2.00 pm and the check-out time is at 11.30 am, nevertheless, we will try to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
As part of your confirmation we also require your estimated arrival/departure time and a
contact telephone number. If you are not sure, plese let us know when you have finalized your travel arrangements.
Our preferred way of payment is via Paypal, you can also pay by banking trasnfer. Should you wish to pay on arrival by cash or credit card, we will ask you to provide the card number as a guarantee.
We may ask for a 100 Euro deposit or a credit card guarantee against possible damage to the premises resulting from your negligence.
Cancellations can be made by e-mail to info@bratislava-apartments.sk or in writing to Bratislava Apartments, Grosslingova 17, 81108 Bratislava, Slovakia.
Cancellations/changes made more than 7 days before arrival are without penalty but will attract a 10 Euro banking service charge. Any cancellation/changes made less than 7 days before arrival or no-shows are subject to a 20% loss of payment or the cost of one nights accommodation
(whichever is greater).
